Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
- Original tags must be attached
Items sent back in unacceptable condition may be denied or returned to sender.
Final sale items, Route shipping protection, gift cards, and all international orders are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, simply start an exchange through our return portal and follow the steps provided.
RETURNS
- Returns are free for orders protected with Route
- For all other returns, a $10 prepaid return label fee will be deducted from your refund
- You may also choose to ship using your own carrier at your expense
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return or exchange, click here.
Follow the steps in the portal:
- Print your label (if using ours) and drop off with the carrier
- Or ship using your own label and include the RMA form
Returns sent without first requesting through the portal will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for processing
- Your bank may take additional time to post the refund
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at
support@fosteredcollection.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
SALE EXCEPTIONS
Sale pricing cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the promotional window.
POLICY UPDATES
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
