Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Fostered Collection business operating hours are 8am-4pm CT Monday to Friday. We do not ship during weekends and holidays. If an order is placed on Friday after 3pm CT, the order will be processed the following Monday in the order it was received.

*Processing and Delivery time on the chart is an estimate. On occasions, orders might ship or be delivered outside the timeframe. During the holiday season, sale events, or inclement weather, please allow extra days for processing and shipping. Orders must be placed before 3pm CT for priority, expedited, and express shipping options to arrive in the allotted timeframe. Free shipping is for orders that reach $125 before any discounts, taxes, or shipping protection is added. 

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND STATUS

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. Tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the order shipment.

If you do not receive a shipment confirmation email from us, please check your junk email folder and see if you have provided the correct email address upon checkout. You are always welcome to contact us at support@fosteredcollection.com should you have any questions.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

If there is a mistake in your delivery address, please send us an email to support@fosteredcollection.com as soon as possible. If our warehouse has not started processing the order yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order is already processed or in transit, you are welcome to adjust the delivery address via UPS/USPS tracking link provided.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be refunded to your original payment method minus any original shipping costs. You will need to place a new order for the items. Please contact us at support@fosteredcollection.com for any further questions. 

No returns on international packages. See refund policy for all return questions.

 

MISSING PACKAGE OR ITEM

Please contact us at support@fosteredcollection.com with your order number. You must contact us within 30 days of your missing package or your claim will be denied. We will start a claim on your package to reimburse you for your order. The total process time can take up to 30 days.

If an item is missing, please email us a photo of your packing slip within 14-days at support@fosteredcollection.com. We will either send a refund for the missing item(s) or a replacement.

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This varies by country to which the order has shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Fostered Collection is not responsible for any customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order. Customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
